MEET YOUR TEACHERS

Dr. Diana Azavedo - Lead Teacher

Lead teacher trainer with nearly two decades of teaching experience in Dubai, Bali, and India. Diana holds a Doctorate in Philosophy of Yoga, Master’s degree in the Science of Yoga. She is also an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and a continuing education provider. Her passion is to make yoga socially relevant in today’s fast paced lifestyle by blending ancient tradition and wisdom with modern living.



Alexandra Collishaw - Guest teacher

Alexandra Collishaw is a UK-trained physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience. After graduating from the University of Nottingham in 1998, she worked in the NHS and served 7 years as a Military Physiotherapist in the British Army, treating patients around the world. She has been practicing in Dubai since 2011. Her specialties include: women’s health, pelvic pain, myofascial release, running gait analysis and sports injuries.



Katharina Mestermann - Guest teacher

Katharina Mestermann is a German-trained midwife with over 25 years of experience. She worked for 10 years at the University Hospital in Munich before relocating to Dubai in 2008, where she spent 12 years at Mediclinic City Hospital. Kate supports women during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. She is also a certified baby massage instructor. Known for her warm and supportive approach, Kate combines clinical expertise with compassion to guide parents through the early stages of parenthood.
