Combining flexible online study with immersive weekend sessions at ZOGA Dubai Internet City, this program offers the freedom to learn at your own pace while still benefiting from hands-on guidance, meaningful connection and practical teaching experience. You’ll explore asana, alignment, anatomy, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, sequencing and teaching methodology, then bring your knowledge to life through observation, assisting and supervised teaching practice. Whether your intention is to teach professionally or simply deepen your relationship with yoga, the training offers a supportive and accessible foundation for the next stage of your journey.

In-person days: Saturdays and Sundays
Time: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Location: ZOGA Dubai Internet City
Total training: 200 hours
Format: 64 hours in person and 136 hours of online learning, self-paced study, assignments and practicum
Certification: Yoga Alliance-registered 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Upon successful completion, graduates will receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE
  • 9:00–10:30 AM: Yoga practice
  • 10:30–11:00 AM: Break
  • 11:00 AM–1:00 PM: Teaching methodology and theoretical studies

HOW THE HYBRID FORMAT WORKS

The online component includes pre-recorded lessons that can be completed flexibly and at your own pace. It covers foundational theory, yoga philosophy, ethics, teaching principles, methodology and guided self-study.

The in-person weekends focus on embodied practice and practical application, including alignment, applied anatomy, pranayama, sequencing, demonstrations, teaching skills, observation, feedback, hands-on guidance and group learning.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

This program welcomes both dedicated beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. You do not need to be an advanced practitioner or have previous teaching experience. What matters most is a sincere interest in yoga and a commitment to learning, practicing and participating fully in the training.
