Dr. Diana Azavedo - Lead Teacher

Lead Teacher Trainer with nearly two decades of teaching experience in Dubai, Bali, and India. Diana holds a Doctorate in Philosophy of Yoga, Master’s degree in the Science of Yoga. She is also an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and a continuing education provider. Her passion is to make yoga socially relevant in today’s fast paced lifestyle by blending ancient tradition and wisdom with modern living.



Emilie Mikula - Anatomy Teacher

A movement expert with deep expertise in anatomy, Emilie combines yoga and pilates principles to provide a comprehensive understanding of body mechanics. Her approach to functional anatomy will enrich your practice and teaching, helping you guide students safely and with precision.
