This 200 Hour Teacher Training will be led by Yoga Arts, an internationally accredited Yoga Teacher Training School. This training is a chance to profoundly deepen your own yoga practice and begin the life-long journey of being a yoga teacher. The course has been designed to challenge & stretch you in a physical, emotional and spiritual sense through an intensive but supportive program. Yoga Arts has been dedicated to training Yoga Teachers for over 25 years. The unique quality of this teacher trainings comes from the quality of teachers and from the years of teaching experience they have gained by specializing in Yoga teacher trainings. The Yoga Arts teaching staff has between 15 to 40 years of teaching experience and dedicated Sadhana behind them. Our aim on this 200 Hour Training is to offer our participants first hand experience of living yoga every day in a supportive environment learning new skills to refine and deepen ones yoga knowledge in preparation in becoming a qualified Yoga Teacher. Teaching yoga takes passion, dedication, persistence and consistency of personal practice. Ultimately the objective of the Yoga Arts’ trainings is to train participants in quality, professional, safe and knowledgeable teaching skills and to offer, the teacher to be, as many available teaching tools as possible so that their teaching can be available to everyone. Most importantly, to bring about self responsibility, self understanding, spiritual maturity and awakening to the student. The Yoga Arts’ trainings prepares the student on an inner reflective level to move towards a spiritual maturity and self-understanding.
PREREQUISITE:
To be accepted onto the Yoga Arts 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, students will need to have completed a minimum of 2 years consistent, dedicated yoga practice under the guidance of qualified yoga teacher(s).
ABOUT THE 200 HOUR TRAINING:
This course offers you a comprehensive, practical training in how to teach Yoga. We welcome yoga practitioners who are ready to refine their yoga skills and learn how to teach Yoga, and also those who would simply like to deepen their Yoga knowledge and practice. On completion of our 200 Hour Training, graduates will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT200, get yoga teaching insurance and teach anywhere around the world.
For participants with less experience, this course will offer a deepening of knowledge and inner inquiry as a stepping stone toward teaching. Teaching Yoga takes many years of passionate dedication, persistence and consistency of practice. This 200 Hour course offers you a comprehensive, philosophical, theoretical and practical training in how to practice and teach Yoga.

Louisa has dedicated her life to the practice and teaching of Yoga. She is passionate in the inquiry to find ones true nature and freedom. In her teaching, Louisa encourages the understanding and acceptance of life, finding the teacher within and acknowledging the Divine in all. Louisa has been teaching yoga for 38 years and has had a committed Yoga Sadhana practice for over 40 years. She teaches Yoga Philosophy, Self Inquiry/Vichara Sadhana, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda Lifestyle, Mindful Vinyasa Asana, Pranayama, Meditation & Asana Methodology . Louisa encourages students to develop inwardly by diving deeply into oneself to awaken through mindful conscious practice on and off the mat. Louisa has been teaching yoga since 1984 and facilitating Yoga Teacher trainings since 1994 She travels globally sharing her knowledge.
NIKHIL LEAL

As a child, in Brazil, Nikhil was introduced, by his mother, to the Brazilian Shamanic world of Native Indian and African Mythologies.
Nikhil’s love of Spirituality and creativity took him to India, the motherland of Yoga. Nikhil studied at the SVYASA University in Bangalore focusing on meditation and the 4 Paths of Yoga. A constant object of study for Nikhil is Eastern Philosophy including the paths of the Sufis and Tao, leading to one’s single point in life, Joy and Devotion to all living beings. Nikhil has been Teaching Yoga for the last 15 years, he teaches Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Mythology & Asana Methodology in Yoga Teacher Trainings & Retreats around the world.
STUART GIRLING

Stuart is founder of the popular loveyogaanatomy.com website and YouTube channel of the same name. He has been teaching yoga related anatomy internationally for the last 12 years both on teacher trainings and workshops. Hundreds of students across the world have studied with Stu in places such Vienna, California, Dubai, Ireland, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, India, Germany, Sweden, Norway and Qatar. In 2021 he published the well-received book Illustrated Yoga Anatomy, receiving 5 star reviews across the world. He has been practicing yoga for 20 years, and has a BSc Hons in Health Studies. He is registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT200 and YACEP.
