In America, the Center for Disease Control has declared sleep disorder an epidemic, and this is happening in industrial cities across the world. This workshop will help you re-think your priorities and gives you knowledge to take home with you to help you sleep and live more at ease. This workshop begins with a lecture, and then moves into a gentle restorative sequence of postures and gentle movement that immediately trigger deep relaxation.

Strength, Grace and Healing practice, focusing on the shoulders and neck. The intent of our practice is not only to increase our strength and flexibility, but also to promote health and vitality. The next layer is to transform our behavior from coarse to gracious, and to transform even our thoughts from chaos to internal beauty. Experience Max Strom’s unique Inner Axis yoga practice, with emphasis on emotional health and transformation. Class will include a short talk, inner axis yoga, non-dogmatic philosophy, breathing patterns, and meditation. Releasing tension from the upper body feels like taking off a heavy backpack. A backpack filled with stress, worries and suboptimal posture. Through this practice your muscles will stretch and relax and in total you will feel lighter, calmer and invigorated.
