Meditate to the therapeutic sounds and vibrations of a Spirit Drum on this International day of Yoga with Joanne.
Experiencing deep relaxation regularly is essential in order to be able to function at your peak performance. The Sound Bath experience is about using sound as a vehicle to take you to a deep relaxed state.
In this session Joanne will use a Spirit Drum which is turned to 432Hz. Listening to 432Hz music resonates inside your body, releases emotional blockages, and expands consciousness. It promotes a deeper connection to yourself and others in a more intuitive way. The Spirit Drum stimulates a deep fulfilling connection to the heart space allowing us to be more compassionate and loving as we go out into the world.
Vibration and sound played at 432 HZ nourishes the nervous system allowing the entire body to relax at a deeply profound level. The resonance produced by this hand-crafted drum can strengthen the immune system, lower heart rate and blood pressure, soothe pain and significantly reduce stress levels. This allows your body to return to natural equilibrium while creating space for healing and insights.
