This class is suitable for complete beginners to any form of yoga. You will be taught working with the breath and the basic postures as well as linking them together in flowing sequences. Personal attention, modifications and use of props make this class perfect for beginners, those in the initial stages of yoga practice or those seeing a gentler asana practice.

Vinyasa Flow Level 1-2

The foundation of this class will be Vinyasa style, which uses different flowing sequences each week covering a wide variety of themes. There is a lot of emphasis on personal freedom within the instructions, our philosophy is to guide you to make the practice about yourself. Each class will have a warm-up, dynamic and finishing sequence and will include a wide range of asanas.
Suitable for those with a basic understanding of some yoga postures and those that have attended classes regularly already.
This class builds on the fundamentals that have been established in a Level 1 class.

There is a lot of emphasis on personal freedom within the instructions, our philosophy is to guide you to make the practice about yourself. Each class will have a warm-up, dynamic and finishing sequence and will include a wide range of asanas.
Introduces more challenging asanas, inversion and backbends. Not suitable for complete beginners.

Vinyasa Flow Level 2-3

The foundation of this class will be Vinyasa style, which uses different flowing sequences each week covering a wide variety of themes. There is a lot of emphasis on personal freedom within the instructions, our philosophy is to guide you to make the practice about yourself. Each class will have a warm-up, dynamic and finishing sequence and will include a wide range of asanas and breath work.
This class teaches more difficult postures and is suitable for those with an established practice.

Candlelight Vinyasa

There is a lot of emphasis on personal freedom within the instructions, our philosophy is to guide you to make the practice about yourself. Ashtanga Vinyasa

The Primary Series, involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Students will learn the basics of a led Ashtanga practice including breath, drishti, and proper vinyasa count. This class is suitable for beginners as well as students with an existing Ashtanga practice. Students will be guided through half of the poses in the Primary Series.

Ashtanga Full Led

Students are led through the same sequence of postures that start with sun salutations before moving on to standing postures, seated postures, the finishing sequence and finally relaxation. This class will lead you through the Full Primary Series.
Suitable for those with a regular Ashtanga practice. Not recommended for beginners.

Yin Yoga

Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. Yin poses are in a sitting or lying position where gravity can do most of the work. We disengage and relax our muscles and our minds. We surrender by suspending the body and the minds’ urge to control, grasp to, judge or classify experience. We just observe. Activity is slow, steady & often stationary, with a sense of core softness and surrender. Pre Natal / Post Natal Class

For new or soon-to-be moms, we offer an inspiring series of pre and post natal classes. Explore opportunities to deepen your practice at all stages of your baby’s life.
Prenatal Yoga provides a safe and calming environment for pregnant women to nurture their bodies and bond with their unborn babies. This class will help build and maintain strength, stamina and flexibility and improve balance and circulation. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. The breathing techniques and meditative aspects of yoga can help to alleviate anxiety sounding pregnancy and childbirth which can be carried though and applied during labour. Prenatal classes are specially modified for women in any stage of pregnancy, no yoga experience necessary.
*Postnatal Yoga classes help recover and recharge the body after pregnancy. It is a gentle flow class open to mothers from 6 weeks post partum after a natural birth and 12 weeks after a birth involving medical interventions such as a C section or the use of forceps. The class will help the body regain in strength and resilience through mindful asana practice, especially focusing on the pelvic floor and the abdominals. The postures will strengthen and tone the body, rebuilding muscles and offering more stability to the areas weakened by pregnancy, such as core, legs, back and shoulders. Mindfulness based breathing and meditation exercises will also help find the inner emotional “core” and a sense of balance and overall well-being.

The heat adds to the physical effort required to carry out the postures and aids to condition the body. These are powerful and nurturing practices that takes place in a room heated to 38-40 degrees to work the body, relax the mind and feed the soul.

Strengthen and detoxify your body in this more dynamic and core oriented class. Hot Power Yoga is a modern and more ‘athletic’ form of yoga.
We are non-dogmatic in our approach and believe there is no such thing as the perfect yoga pose. You’re free to take the modifications or a rest pose anytime, for as long as your body needs it. Expect to be challenged!
