Yin yoga is a deeply therapeutic and restorative practice that provides a framework for healing whilst developing strength suppleness and flexibility. In this 2 hour workshop, practitioners will deepen their of yin yoga through energetic anatomy, traditional Chinese medicine, and Taoist philosophy whilst experiencing a a meditative guided yin practice.
