Kick aches and pains to the curb with this two-hour workshop that will target high tension areas, including the hips, shoulders, neck and back!
Led by Yoga Therapist Emilie Mikulla, this head to toe selfcare session will:
- Release stored tension and decrease stress
- Mobilize and rejuvenate stiff joints for improved movement
- Enhance breathing capacity and quality
- Re-align your posture
- Improve blood circulation
- Allow you to discover body blind spots – areas that are mis-aligned, mistreated and overlooked
No Yoga experience necessary. Students of all levels welcome!
Therapy balls will be loaned for the workshop, but if you have your own, feel free to bring them.
