Join us for a rejuvenating retreat designed to take you back home and reconnect with yourself in Bali, also known as the ‘Island of the Gods’ at the beautiful Being Sattvaa Wellness Retreat Surrounded by lush green rainforest, this environment will be your sanctuary for seven days to learn about the great tools that yoga has to offer to find steadiness and sweetness in our daily lives. With two daily yoga practices, Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, we will explore tools such as the Yamas & Niyamas (ethical guidelines) and learn how to apply them in our practice and daily life. Being Sattva Wellness Retreat speaks to the notion of being in balance and understanding our different energy levels (the gunas). A space dedicated to restore your complete being in an exclusive setting of ten Balinese garden villas where you can reconnect with yourself and nature. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, longs walks and treks, swims, spa, beautiful tropical Balinese garden, nearby cultural events, sightseeing in Ubud… Nutritionally balanced Asian and Western cuisine delicately flavored with fresh produce from their garden.
This retreat will be lead by Geraldine Hardy of Azure Yoga , who has been teaching internationally in France, Bali and in Dubai at ZOGA. Before sharing her BelovedYoga teachings, she worked for 17 years in a fast pace business environment, which helps her now to draw her work and life experience into her yoga teachings. She shares the tools of Yoga to empower fellow practitioners to reconnect to themselves as well as create a relationship with themselves to find peace and calmness. Geraldine is a RYT 200hr teacher with BelovedYoga and continues her studies with BelovedYoga founder Maryam Ovissi and Jafar Alexander, Indra Mohan and A.G. Mohan. She embraces the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya, ‘founder of Modern Yoga’ as we know it today and shared with the lineages of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga. Her teachings follow the principles of ‘sthira sukham asanam’ (Yoga Sutra 2.46) – ‘creating the appropriate amount of effort to sustain ease in the body and mind’. Experiencing this balance ‘on the mat’ and then taking it ‘off the mat’ in our daily lives.

The vegetarian menu offers and abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables. You will begin the day with a healthy breakfast with fresh fruit and cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, whole-grain bread, and a variety of delicious health-food options
A vegetarian dinner will be offered for the length of your stay.
Queen and Twin Pavillion
Each double or queen bed bedroom is individually designed with private terraces, spacious bathrooms with bath tub, separate shower room with rain showers and full bathroom amenities. All bathrooms have their own private tropical gardens.

It draws people who add something; people who are actively involved in art, nature, wellness, anthropology, music, dance, architecture, environmentalism, and more.
