This workshop is designed to give participants a deeper understanding of the benefits and mechanics of back bending so they can incorporate this knowledge into their daily asana practice.
Through an exploration of different types of backbends, we will look at various restrictions that may be preventing us from opening the front of the body and finding ease in the postures.
We will then work on ways to overcome these restrictions
